We've started this collection in January of 2018 due to the obscene amount of ridiculous correspondances we've had, that we think the public would enjoy! Non-customer contacted our online sales about price matching an item on our website with another vendor that didn't meet our price match criteria.
Regardless of this, our price ended up being cheaper than the competitor when you accounted for free shipping.
Not good enough. Customer proceeded to post the same schpeel on Yelp, Google Reviews, and the facebook page of all 7 of our locations.
It was a price match to save $10... that's quite some time and effort. (They would have saved more when shipped).
